Refund Policy

We stand behind MazzTV. If the service does not work for you and our team cannot fix it, we refund you — no runaround.

Eligible for a Refund

  • Request made within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • You contacted support and we could not resolve the technical issue in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Service was substantially inaccessible on your device and we could not provide a workaround.

Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Requests after 7 days from purchase — no exceptions.
  • The €2.99 / 24-hour trial — explicitly a trial purchase, non-refundable.
  • Partial usage of long-term plans where the service functioned correctly.
  • Accounts suspended for breach of our Terms of Service.
  • “Changed my mind” claims where the service was delivered and functional.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email refund@mazztv.live with subject Refund Request — [Your Order ID].
  2. Or send us your Order ID via WhatsApp using the widget.
  3. Briefly describe the issue.
  4. We review and respond within 24 hours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve legitimate refund requests quickly. Accounts that initiate a chargeback without first contacting MazzTV support will be permanently banned. We keep full transaction logs and will contest fraudulent chargebacks.
