By purchasing a MazzTV subscription you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your order.
1. Service Description
MazzTV is an streaming aggregation service that indexes publicly available streams and delivers them via a structured subscription platform. Access is provided “as-is” and stream availability may vary. Regulations governing streaming aggregation services vary by country — subscribers are responsible for confirming compliance with their local jurisdiction before subscribing.
2. Subscription Tiers and Device Limits
- 1 Device: 1 concurrent stream
- 2 Devices: 2 concurrent streams
- 3 Devices: 3 concurrent streams
Subscriptions available in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month durations. Pricing in EUR, confirmed by email at time of purchase.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments are one-time charges. No automatic renewal unless explicitly opted in.
- Accepted methods: Stripe (cards), PayPal.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable fees.
- The €2.99 24-hour trial is a separate one-time purchase and does not convert to a paid plan automatically.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window. See Refund Policy for details. Trial purchases (€2.99 / 24h) are non-refundable.
5. Prohibited Uses
- Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing your credentials without an authorised reseller agreement
- Commercial public display (bars, hotels, public venues) on a personal-tier plan
- Sharing credentials beyond your purchased concurrent device limit
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the streaming infrastructure
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in breach of Section 5 without refund. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the holder before termination except in cases of severe or repeated abuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
MazzTV is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or continuous availability of any specific channel or title. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current active subscription period.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. EU subscribers retain rights under EU consumer protection law regardless of this clause.
9. Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing any formal dispute, subscribers must contact us at support@mazztv.live and allow 14 days for resolution. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Registered subscribers are notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
