MazzTV (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the personal data of subscribers and visitors. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR and equivalent frameworks.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: email address provided at signup or purchase.
- Payment data: transaction references via Stripe or PayPal. Raw card numbers are not stored by MazzTV.
- Technical data: IP address (fraud prevention, device-concurrent enforcement), device type, approximate region.
- Usage data: session timestamps, channel access logs (service quality, abuse detection).
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provisioning and managing your subscription
- Sending transactional emails (order confirmation, credentials) via Resend
- Fraud prevention and concurrent device limit enforcement
- Responding to support requests
- Improving service reliability and stream quality
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
3. Cookies
- Session cookies: required for login state and checkout.
- Analytics cookies: anonymised page-view data. Opt-out available via the cookie banner on first visit.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years to meet standard accounting obligations. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 5.
5. Your Rights
- Access: request a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: email delete@mazztv.live. Processed within 30 days.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing where we rely on legitimate interests.
6. Third-Party Processors
- Stripe — payment processing

- Cloudflare — DDoS protection and CDN
7. Children’s Privacy
MazzTV is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact privacy@mazztv.live if a minor has registered and we will delete the account immediately.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy. Material changes are communicated by email to registered subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
