Before you write
- Channel not working? Usually a temporary stream issue. Try another channel first, then restart your app. If still broken after 5 min, tell us which channel and we’ll fix it.
- Buffering? 95% of buffering is router-side. Test speed on speedtest.net (need 15+ Mbps down for 4K). Switch to 5 GHz WiFi or Ethernet.
- Haven’t received credentials? Check spam folder. If not there after 30 min, WhatsApp us your order ID.
